When you first interact with Uply, you will be asked to choose a topic. Topics represent the soft skill area you want to focus on, such as Leadership, Communication, Conflict Resolution, or Emotional Intelligence.
Pick the topic that feels most relevant to your current role or growth goals. Uply will deliver daily questions tailored to that topic, helping you build knowledge and awareness over time.
You can change your active topic at any time from the Uply app home screen in Slack. Switching topics does not reset your score — your points carry over across all topics.
