You can view and manage your current plan from the Uply dashboard. To access it, open the Uply app home screen in Slack and click Manage Plan. This takes you to your billing portal where you can see your plan details, payment method, and next billing date.
Uply offers a free tier that includes basic daily questions for up to 5 team members. For larger teams or access to advanced features like custom topics and detailed analytics, you can upgrade to the Pro plan.
All plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
