To cancel your Uply subscription, open the Uply app home screen in Slack and click Manage Plan. In the billing portal, select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your workspace data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
If you are on the free plan, you can simply remove the Uply app from your Slack workspace through Slack's app management settings. No cancellation step is needed for free accounts.
